For this reason, colour differences alone are not considered a valid reason for a return or refund.

2. Stock Availability & Order Fulfilment

All orders are subject to stock availability. After an order is placed, we will confirm stock and ensure all items meet our dispatch standards.

While we make every effort to maintain consistent availability, stock cannot be fully guaranteed. If any item does not meet our quality or dispatch requirements, we will contact you promptly to discuss suitable alternatives or next steps.

3. Returns & Faulty Goods Policy

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

If you believe you have received faulty goods, you must:

  • Contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photographic evidence showing the visible fault
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending any items back

Please do not return any items without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns may be refused by our warehouse.

4. Return Conditions & Processing
  • Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Returned items must be unused and in a resaleable condition
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt

Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, we will process an exchange or store credit within 3 working days.

5. Refunds, Store Credit & Time Limits

Due to accounting and taxation regulations, refunds cannot be issued for returns received more than 7 working days after delivery.

  • Approved returns within the permitted timeframe will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed
  • Store credit may be used for future purchases
  • If you choose to close your business account with us, any outstanding store credit will be refunded accordingly

Shipping policies

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday and Sunday.

  • Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 2:30pm on Friday will also be dispatched the same day; however, delivery will be made on Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected at checkout.
  • If you wish to arrange your own delivery or collect the goods from our warehouse, simply choose the "COLLECTION OPTION" on the checkout page. We will still have to pay in full through checkout.
  • If you have any special delivery requirements, please include them in the Order Comments section during checkout.
  • All products are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK.

  • UK Mainland – delivered next working day after dispatch
    £10 + VAT for orders up to £500
    Over £500 – Free Delivery
    Saturday delivery: £20 + VAT up to £500, free over £500
  • Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland – delivered in 1–3 working days after dispatch
    £15 + VAT for orders up to £500
    Over £500 – Free Delivery
    Saturday delivery: £20 + VAT up to £500, free over £500
  • Channel Islands & Isle of Man – delivered in 2 working days after dispatch
    £30 + VAT (if applicable)
  • Isle of Wight – delivered next working day after dispatch

  • Europe – Due to Brexit, all European deliveries must be arranged by the customers.
