We are committed to providing high-quality wholesale ladies’ clothing and carefully inspect all items prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our standards. However, in the rare event that an issue occurs, please review the following policy carefully.
Colour swatches and product images displayed on our website are provided for reference purposes only and are not an exact or guaranteed representation of the final product colour.
Product images are photographed under professional studio lighting. As a result, slight colour variations may occur when viewed under normal daily lighting conditions. Such variations are natural and expected and do not constitute a fault.
For this reason, colour differences alone are not considered a valid reason for a return or refund.
All orders are subject to stock availability. After an order is placed, we will confirm stock and ensure all items meet our dispatch standards.
While we make every effort to maintain consistent availability, stock cannot be fully guaranteed. If any item does not meet our quality or dispatch requirements, we will contact you promptly to discuss suitable alternatives or next steps.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
If you believe you have received faulty goods, you must:
- Contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving your order
- Provide clear photographic evidence showing the visible fault
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending any items back
Please do not return any items without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns may be refused by our warehouse.
- Customers are responsible for all return delivery costs unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Returned items must be unused and in a resaleable condition
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt
Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, we will process an exchange or store credit within 3 working days.
Due to accounting and taxation regulations, refunds cannot be issued for returns received more than 7 working days after delivery.
- Approved returns within the permitted timeframe will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed
- Store credit may be used for future purchases
- If you choose to close your business account with us, any outstanding store credit will be refunded accordingly
